Shipping policy

We currently deliver to Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein under the following conditions:

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and are as follows:

0-2 kg CHF 7.50

2-5 kg CHF 11.50

5-30 kg CHF 30.00

Shipping is generally done within 1 day after order receipt. Please allow 2-5 days for delivery.

Deliveries are made to end customers only. We reserve the right to impose quantity limitations. For B2B inquiries, please send your request to info@rnb-berglipeak.com.

If one of the items you ordered is out of stock, the delivery of the remaining items will not be affected. Missing items will be shipped to you as soon as possible.

Offers may be available in limited quantities. Due to high demand, products may sell out quickly. R&B Bergli Peak GmbH is not responsible for unavailable products or mistakenly incorrect price listings. Model changes are subject to change. All prices are net in Swiss Francs (CHF). Timed offers are valid only for the specified period.

We reserve the right to fulfill your order only to the extent that available stock is on hand. If items are no longer available, we will inform you. If delivery is no longer possible, the order will be canceled with notification.

In the case of re-delivery or incorrect address details, the recipient will bear all applicable shipping costs.
